Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: SEKAI accepts exchanges or returns only for defective or incorrect items. Returns based on personal preference (size, color, or style) are not accepted. Please verify all details carefully before purchasing.

Accepted Cases:

  • Manufacturing defect or incorrect item received

  • Defective product reported within 7 days of receipt

Not Accepted:

  1. Customer preference (size, color, or style)

  2. Worn, washed, or used items

  3. Unauthorized returns or returns after 7 days

  4. Damaged or stained products caused by customers

  5. Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

Return Process:

  • Contact customer service within 7 days

  • Ship the product with your name and order number included

  • For defective items, return shipping is covered by SEKAI

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days upon inspection
